If the consumer is using the goods through the website, such mutual agreement is considered to be a Distance Contract and is subject to the legal norms of the Republic of Latvia. The mutual relations between the Seller and the Customer shall be governed by the legislation of the Republic of Latvia.

These Terms of Service apply to all transactions you make with Splash For Home ("Splash For Home", "us" or "we"). By placing an order, you automatically agree to our terms of use.
PRICING POLICY
The prices and specifications of the products in the online store are indicated when selecting the parameters of the adjacent products.
Add the desired products to the shopping cart to place an order. Fill in all the required fields and choose the most suitable delivery method. The total cost of the order with delivery is then displayed on the screen. Make a purchase payment to complete your order.
The billing currency on the site is the euro. The purchase can be paid by bank transfer or by choosing one of the payment methods provided by the payment platform stripe.com, Stripe Payments Europe Ltd:
• Latvian internet banking payments: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele and Luminor
• Visa / Mastercard card payments
VAT is included in all our prices and will be based on the country the order will be shipped to. Please note that all prices and product information on the Splash For Home Online Store are subject to change.

The agreement enters into force upon successful payment to the online store's bank account. If for any reason it is not possible to fulfill the order, the Buyer will be informed and the amount paid will be refunded as soon as possible, but not later than within 14 days after receipt of the notice.
The online store only processes personal data that the buyer has entered when ordering goods, such as name, e-mail, etc.
The online store transfers personal data to the transport service provider (s) to ensure the delivery of the goods.

COLORS
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on the web site. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate. Therefore we suggest you to order fabric samples firstly.
ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. The Parties shall resolve all disputes between the Seller and the Buyer through mutual negotiations or correspondence. If the dispute is not resolved through negotiations or correspondence, the Parties will resolve the dispute in the court of the Republic of Latvia, in compliance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes between the Buyer (consumer) and the Seller may be referred to the Consumer Rights Protection Center or the court of the Republic of Latvia.
The buyer also has the right to apply to the European Union's dispute resolution bodies.
